It could be posting on Instagram or Facebook. Maybe it’s doing the laundry or going to the grocery store or emailing someone back. These are the items that make us overwhelmed and feel like we can’t get ahead. Remember, these are not items that are your top priorities, these are just tasks that you should do. Now I don’t always get these items all done, but at least they’re written down and they’re not in my head. But there’s just no way that we can do them all, right?Īfter you have created your top three priorities, I usually do a brain dump of all the other things I really want to try to get done that day. So if you’re like me, you have, like, 20, 30, 40 things that you probably should get done today.
